Sing Shakespeare!

Thanks to everyone who took part in Sing Shakespeare at Copped Hall on Friday and made it such a great day of singing.  With songs and rounds from Shakespeare's plays as well as a wide variety of music from stage works inspired by the bard - by Purcell, Cole Porter and Bernstein - we had a full and varied day.

It was also very exciting to hear how the overall sound developed and enriched during the day! 

A huge thank you to Maggie and Vic and the other Friends of Copped Hall Trust for all their help and very hard work behind the scenes and for making us so welcome in this beautiful and setting on Midsummer's day!
